No fluffy monkey
I love Kipling bags and I have the purple version of this which was purchased many years ago. I decided to treat myself to the black version that has slightly different front pockets. The photo in the listing shows a fluffy monkey but I received the hard body monkey hence only 4* rating. I've not worked out how to contact support without selecting defective, the bag and monkey are in perfect working order so not defective. Just that monkey isn't fluffy 😔

Delivery delayed. Supposed to be April 10, but delivered on April 15! Shipping company 0! BUT Seller is great and responsive. They emailed me and apologized for the delay which i totally understand it was not under their control. AND The bag is great as it is expected from Kipling! It’s a perfect size for office to carry food container and regular stuffs. Lots of compartments. So happy with my purchase 😍😍

Le sac est très joli avec une qualité conforme à la marque. Il doit par contre être bien rempli pour avoir de l'allure, parce que les accroches pour la sangle sont placées un peu trop bas je trouve et il s'affaisse. De plus, très surprenant pour un sac de marque, c'est que la fermeture éclair ne s'ouvre et se ferme que dans un sens. Alors que la plupart des sacs à mains actuels ont 2 glissières. Pour ma part, comme je le porte du côté droit, la glissière est à l'arrière quand le sac est fermé. Et ce n'est pas pratique. Je donne une étoile en moins pour ça.
