A few years ago, I'm walking down a street in a retail corridor of Virginia Beach with my family. The place is packed with kids of every age meandering around the display windows in all the retail stores. We stopped to window shop and noticed one particular t-shirt with two men giving each other the middle finger in their respective team uniforms. I turned to my wife and realized all the kids saw the same image. I'll never forget the moment when I realized that I had an opportunity to make a difference.
