ASICS Men's Equation 6 Running Shoe

Great shoe, however I think I am going to try cumulus or nimbus asics next time. I put about 500 miles on the equation 5s and it really beat the heck out of them. I'm up to 50-60 miles a week and I'm not sure the Equation's really hold up as good for that type of mileage compared to the Kayano's and the higher end Asics. That being said for my wide feet (4E) these guys are comfortable as can be! I raced a half-marathon first time wearing them and my feet felt great. I may just grab another pair or try the 7s if they are out in a few months and wear them as racers this winter, since they are lightweight and 4E flats are basically non-existant.

Having been a long time Adidas wearer, i was weary of switching but since Adidas shoes no longer fit me comfortably i decided to go out and try Asics. I went to a department store to see how the Asics fit. They were 1/2 size larger than Adidas runs for me. I also knew i was going to need a 4E wide shoe as most of the Asics had a narrow fit for my foot.Well i can say that if these shoes have durability to them, i will never buy another brand of shoe. They truly do feel like your walking on pillows. If Amazon had any more in my size and 4e, i would be buying them, that's how good they feel.Well done Asics, you've gotten a new customer!

I've been running for a few years now and run about 20 miles a week. I have a high arch and have tried various sneakers. Decided to try these based on the feedback I read. I am happy to say that these have worked out really great for me. Didn't have any problems breaking into them and they fit to size. I would suggest buying a 1/2 size larger as we usually do for running. The arch support and cushioning are great. I did get lite insoles for additional support which helps. Overall, I love these shoes and would definitely buy them again.

$59.42 and I think a great deal. I got a size 14 and actually ordered these first ASICS Men's GEL-Neo33 Running Shoe and they were too tight, in case you were comparing. I actually have never worn Asics before, as I have been strictly Nike (air max) in the past, but they are way too expensive now, and I honestly can't tell much of a difference between the gel and the air, although the little difference in support does take a little getting used to. These fit great and are very comfortable. I wish the very top lace hole was located in a different spot for a tighter top fit, but i'm sure that's a personal preference. Great color (they definitely are a shiner slickier gray than I thought, and so far I have only worn these on the elliptical and walking to work, but they are working out great for me.

My husband started working out this year. He enjoys the treadmill the most so he started doing a lot of walking. His heels and calves started to bother him so I suggested it could be because he was still wearing his "everyday" footwear. I bought these ASICS for him to try. He is VERY particular about his footwear. He tried them on and said "ok I'll give them a try." this was minor success to me! After 2 workouts he said that his legs felt better. After 4 workouts he said and I quote " these shoes are great! They are so comfortable!" In my mind that translates to " OMG you were right and great choice of shoes! These are exactly what I needed for my feet and legs! Nuff said :)

they are priced very well for such a good shoe. they look cool and are keep the foot cool.I use them for mild jogging and weight training. They seem to fit a bit large in the mid-front. In the back they are perfectly shaped with great arch support. The tread pattern in front seems to cause pressure at certain areas. Look at bottom if u can.Overall, they are excellent for training, not so much for jogging or walking long distances. Not perfect but another great shoe from asics.

I've been wearing Asics for almost 10 years and have never been disappointed. I've owned some of their more expensive shoes but I'm really happy with these. For the past month I have run 1-2 miles three days a week plus lifted weights three days a week. These shoes have been comfortable the whole time. The best part is I paid less than $50.
