I read about this product in a recovery from Parkinson’s book,stated that helps with dyskinesia.I have been taking it for a few months and my cognitive abilities have improved,easy to take added to smoothie or drink.

Purchased this to replace far more expensive capsule form of CDP Choline that had numerous other fillers in it. This is by far the least expensive form I have found (of CDP) -- and the quality is great. I take 250 mg per day -- and I don't even need to encapsulate it -- the taste isn't terrible and the amount is small enough that it's easy enough to simply take or add to a drink.Great customer service, tooI think others have mentioned, due to the nature of a fine powder -- the resealable bag is less than ideal for really storing and using the product. I simply transfer it to a small mason jar with a lid.

Product works great, first of all! However I must say that the marketing of this product is pretty shady. I understand that if I had just paid a little closer attention I would have realized that 10 grams is not a lot of product, but I didn't and upon receiving the product I literally thought that either there was a hole somewhere in the bag, or that someone was playing a joke on me...the display picture looks like a full bag of product that would get you through a month or two. The actual product on the other hand, looks like what you would pick up from your local coke dealer on a Friday afternoon to last you through the weekend. I can't be the only customer who overlooked this and was sadly disappointed when it arrived. My suggestion to the marketers would be to honestly market the bag as empty, because that's pretty much what it is when it arrives.
