I love good kitchen knives, there's nothing like having one with a big sharp blade that can cut anything you put it through whether it is chicken, meat, sushi or a tomato.I have to admit that I was a bit worried to get this one, buying from new sellers that don't have hundred of reviews always worried me, but one of my new year resolutions was to order from new sellers also and review them, for better or worst, well this one came through.First of all the knife looks great and it comes in a nice impressive package (see pic), which makes it great as a present for someone that loves knives or just like cooking.Second, the knife feel very comfortable in the hand, and it easily cut through the different vegetables I tried, I didn't have anything interesting to prepare, so I just tried it in various vegetables with different from carrot through red pepper up to a small cherry tomato just to see how it handles those and the knife aced them all. (see pics)While I have this item for a very short time so far, I feel I can easily recommend it, both as a gift and for own use.

I have received this item and am giving my full and honest opinion. At home we have a knife block and the knives are quite old but still get the job done. Upon receiving this i was very happy to have a new knife and test it out. I decided to chop up some leaks and compare it with the chef knife from my knife block, of course this knife cut smoothly and fine while the other needed more pressure and wasn't near as sharp. The knife cut so finely it was able to cut an oreo, When i tried one of our knives out of the block it needed much more pressure and flung the oreo . I feel this knife is superior to the ones in the knife block and couldn't compare.I am very happy with this knife and think it's a great product

Knife has a nice edge and a good weight to it. Not a fan of the balance but it will do its job.My only problem is that the tip was broken off. Must have happened at the factory since it wasn't in the box.

Nice knife. GREAT price. The only fault I can find with this knife, is that it doesn't keep it's edge as long as more expensive knives. That is to be expected, however.

Very happy with knife - sharp, handles well, good looking. Should have gotten sooner. Now looking for smaller size to add to knife set. Have only had it for one week, but so far so good. Did not say not to put in dishwasher... although I know some will say never to put any chef knives in dishwasher... so we did, came out in one piece. Hope it continues :)

Its shape is good for cutting meat and vegetable. I appreciate your opinion in services. I'll send you some ideas after some terms of usage!
