You can link the app to google home, but the device itself does not appear in Devices in the google home, rendering it useless. You cannot control the device using google home.

Can i set it to work with my Alexa thermostat to shut AC off off if door left open?

Yes, you can make a routine or scene if sensor is open, then shut off AC.

How much is the Service monthly?

No monthly, download app and it works real time

Can I use it outside? IP67?

I would say NO because it is not water proof. It might work for a while but eventually would think the elements would render it useless.
