That would explain the seemingly skewed results. ;) When I search The Google for 'Saladmaster' (the correct spelling of the brand name, a compositum) I am rewarded with plenty of relevant results for this legendary* cookware system that is now owned and manufactured in the USA** by Regal Ware, Inc. of West Bend, WI. * Legendary both for the four-figure prices for these cookware sets as well as the unique direct-sales model which continues to this day. ** Is Fort Worth, TX still part of the USA? /s I'm not a shill for Saladmaster – it's just that the OP's question piqued my interest and what I read about its history was interesting enough to share. For future reference, 304 and 8/18 are the same thing, synonyms. 8% nickel, 18% chromium. 304 is just the modern/current classification, but they are the same thing.
