Shelf stable hummus - I knew this was a gamble. But I actually like it! Ingredients are good quality, no weird chemicals or preservatives. I purchased the original flavor and it has a very strong lemon taste. So if you don't like lemon, I'd say avoid this. I think it gives the hummus a good zip.Nice to have on hand for a light snack with veggies or crackers. Also good for spreading on a sandwich. I'd buy it again! Price is just a little higher than I'd like though.

This is the worst hummus I have ever tasted. If you like your hummus to be over powered by the taste of tahini, then you will love it, but to be honest the tahini doesn't even taste good. I wouldn't even call this hummus, I would call it tahini dip.

These little packets are perfect for lunches snacks, anything on the go. I ordered these when I could not find my favorite brand, (Tribe). Veggicopia makes a super great product. It is fresh, all natural, no stabilizers added. It tastes like my homemade hummus. I cannot comment on the red pepper variety, only on the original. I love salt, and my sodium runs low, so I added Braggs Aminos, but for the general population, Veggicopia's hummus is not overly salty. I'll be ordering more and will also try their snack package of olives. I highly recommend this product.

I eat snacks/meals a lot at work. Because it's sporatic and typically on the go, I try to find single serve items that won't expire quickly - these fit the bill! I ordered these for the first time and honestly was ready to toss them if they were gross...but I actually enjoyed the first one. They are individually packaged cups that won't expire for a while, and although they need a good stirring when you open them, they taste great too. Very excited to have found these!

Like the idea and the convenience a LOT. Just haven't enjoyed the hummus that much.

A few of the individual tubs I ordered separated shortly after I received them. Also, it doesn't taste like most hummus I've had. There was a kind of spicy flavor that might be described as somewhat vinegar-y. I wouldn't buy these again for myself, but I could see how other people might like them.

Bought this for my daughter for her lunches. She said it had a weird taste to it although I haven't tried it.
