I was having issues with my stomach and intestines, to the point it was difficult for me to eat anything. I started out taking this twice daily, morning and evening 30mins before meals and I felt such a difference in a few days. I can eat again without the pain and discomfort. I still am mindful about what I put in my body. I eat organic and stay away from to much sugar. My sweets are organic dark chocolate. I am so greatful for this oil I even got mt sister taking it and it has helped her also.
