Kept tattoo clean without drying skin around it. Was worried it would be too astringent but needn't have worried. A little goes a long way so would be perfect for bigger pieces.

I picked up this cleansing soap for aftercare on a fresh tattoo and it’s been a dependable part of the routine. The 3-ounce size is nice and portable, so it’s easy to keep in my bathroom without it taking up a bunch of space. It lathers up gently and rinses clean without leaving any weird residue. My artist recommended something mild to use during the first few weeks, and this soap fits the bill — I’ve been using it twice a day, and my skin feels clean without feeling overly dry or stripped. I like that it’s unscented, so there’s nothing irritating lurking in there. It also doesn’t sting (important if the area is still sensitive), and I haven’t had any issues with dryness when I follow up with my aftercare balm. If I had to nitpick, a slightly larger bottle would be nice so I don’t run out before the healing is done, but for what it is, this soap gets the job done. Overall, solid basic cleanser for healing tattoos and piercings — nothing fancy, but it works.

Really good product which helps the healing process, put a little in your palms and lather and then spread.
