I have been having hot flashes for a couple of years now and people kept telling me to try this. so I read up on it and read the reviews on here so I decided to try it so I did and after one day of taking this it was working I took it for a week then I had read where a lady only took it every three days so I have tried that too and it works like that too once you get it into your system. awesome product so glad that I tried it. and thanks to the lady who posted the every 3 days.

I've been taking this product for year's and it has helped my hot flashes tremendously. Only thing I've discovered is that it's better to stop taking it for a short time,because I think your body builds a tolerance to it. I trust this natural brand and the price is only 5.00 in Walmart.
