Is there an ac conversion kit so don’t have to use batteries? can you switch out the aerator to reduce gpm?

yes on aerator they make different replacements No on AC I installed 12 on are break room sinks in our building 10 months ago still have not changed battery's so I would say one year on battery's is not worth putting outlet under sink $ 5 a year best way. We have AC powered faucets in restroom 12v transform go out all they time and they are $125.
