Could the hat be modified to fit an infant 12 months?

It has a very soft, stretchy elastic band. I just tried it on my 16 Month old daughter and it fits her head. It would probably fit a 12 month old as well with little to no modifications needed.

Would it fit a 6 month old baby he weighs 17lbs to be exact??

The hat & vest will work, but not the shirt & pants.

The nude top and white pants are a one piece jumpsuit. The vest is separate.
