Are these dishwasher safe?

They are small so I would wash by hand. They give a cleaning tool.

Whats the size of the finished product?

They’re small. I haven’t used them all yet but the ones I have were roughly about the size of a quarter.

Can you remove the green piece?

Yes, the green part on the outside can be taken off of the metal cutter for cleaning.
