Got this for my niece, as she started focusing on meal planning and losing weight. It's perfect. I liked it so much I ordered another for myself. The little containers are perfect for portioned meals (carb or veggie layered on the bottom, protein/veggie layered on top, or good for small salad, chili or soup.) And they hold up in the dishwasher just fine on the top rack. The inside pocket carries napkin, utensils, Stevia packs, herbal tea, protein shake packet, etc) and the vitamin container is a bonus. I keep a weeks worth of multi-vitamin and Omega 3s in mine so have them handy on the go. The size is just right. I also had another fitness friend admire this little meal manager and say she would order one for herself. The storage is a really compatible size, I have a number of different brands and styles of meal containers, and I can mix and match a lot of them and fit them in here. Down side... 1. The ice block keeps things moderately cool, so if you are on the go for more than 4, 5 hours tops, your food may not be kept cold enough. I solved this by adding a second ice block of the same size you see here, so there is one on either side, and slid a 3rd ice block into the mesh pocket on the inside of the zipper panel. This keeps my meals cool for up to 10-12 hours, as long as the meals are chilled or room temp to begin with. 2. Don't ever forget to wash out your drink shaker. I've done this once and I have not been able to get the smell out, not in the dishwasher, not with vinegar, not with baking soda, not leaving the lid off to air dry and air out. The meal containers don't seem to retain smell or even stain like plastic sometimes will. The only other thing that could make this better is a shoulder strap.

My 12 year old daughter has used this every day for several months and it has held up great. Easy to spot clean, spacious, nice containers included that don't leak, your own containers would also fit nicely. The included ice packs don't keep things very cool for long so we use additional ice packs. Shaker bottle works great and doesn't leak or pop open by accident

Great lunch box. Compact design makes it easy to store and carry. Containers have a tight seal keeping food items fresh. The ice pack doesn't keep it cold all day long but will keep it cold for about 4 hours. If you have another small square ice pack you can conviently put it in the pouch on the inside; in addition to the one the lunch box comes with. This works really well for me and keeps everything cool for a longer period of time. Have yet to use the blender bottle as I already have the Umoro One blender bottle.

I love the bag! Small but can handle a lot! The containers are easy to clean and open! The tumbler is perfect sized just make sure you close the top fully! Im a breastfeeding mom working full time and I can fit enough snacks plus my lunch for a day! I also love the container for vitamins!
