They're expensive but worth it.
These are really, really good. They basically taste like a cookie in bar form. Maybe they're healthier? Either way I don't care because they are allergy friendly for me and my kids, and they are delicious. The hint of honey is just the right sweetness. The texture is great, and they're never too dry like many other nut-free brands. I don't think I'll ever get tired of these, and despite being fairly small they worth the price for the quality in my opinion.

These are not crunchy like granola bars
These are not crunchy like granola bars, but they also aren't so soft that they're sticky or gooey. They are small in size, but very dense - packed full of good quality ingredients that are allergy friendly. Despite the limited ingredients, these bars have very good flavor and aren't bland. So far, I have only tried the chocolate chip and the honey apple. I like them both, especially the chocolate chip. The honey apple was a tad sweeter than the chocolate chip, probably because the chocolate chips add a semi-sweet flavor.I originally purchased these as a road trip gift for a friend who is moving a few hundred miles away. She is allergic to gluten, eggs, and dairy, and she tells me desserts and snacks are the biggest challenge. She was so happy to have something she could enjoy on the long drive. I plan to keep some on hand for when we have dinner guests with food allergies.

Great snack for most people with multiple allergies
Trying to find safe snacks can be tricky enough if you have one allergy to deal with, but for people with multiple food allergies and celiac disease, it can be a downright nightmare. It can be a truly disheartening experience to believe you've found a safe food, only to discover a cross-contamination statement that includes allergens you cannot tolerate. It has happened too many times to count, and there's always the question--do you take the risk?Thankfully, with these FreeYumm bars, I don't have to take the risk. I don't have to worry about my food allergies. The only thing I might have to worry about is my expanding waistline because these bars are extremely delicious and I REALLY shouldn't be eating so many of them, but at least I know I CAN eat them, and that in itself confers great peace of mind.Last thing: I realize food allergies are quite diverse and people can be allergic to more allergens than the top 8 includes, so I can't state for sure that they are safe for everyone. However, if you're looking for a safe snack for your kids (or even yourself), and you aren't allergic to any of the ingredients in these bars, then you should give them a try. Highly recommended!

Honey apple are good
I bought this bars for my daughter that is gluten/dairy intolerant. Most bars at the store that are gluten/dairy free have other nasty ingredients like soy. The flavor is nice and soft. The package came with three boxes and 5 bars in each box. I consider the bars small, don’t forget to read the description for size. So I would say this are perfect size for kids or very light snack for an adult, it does help with cravings. The picture in the box is different to the actual texture of the bars, I guess that’s a marketing thing, doesn’t affect the bar, but don’t expect for it to look like that (reason for 4 stars). The picture of the spoon is for reference and is a “big” sized spoonThe bars are not hard like other granola bars, they are soft. If My 16month old doesn’t want to it one, she will destroy it to crumbs, so I have to watch her.I will definitely be trying other flavors and consider subscribing to save more money.

Healthy quick-grab alternative to mainstream "baby foods"
These bars are very clean, healthy and excellent quality. My picky toddler LOVED them (started them around 7 mo old when Costco had them). We had a subscription and have only stopped our subscription now that she eats more diverse foods, and to save money. BUT these are a great quick grab throw in the purse food for a new eater without all the garbage of mainstream "baby foods".

Small and Expensive, but Taste Good!
When I saw these FreeYumm treats on Amazon, I was so excited to have my son (gluten, dairy and egg allergic) try them. I ordered the Chocolate Chip Oat Bars, the Double Chocolate Cookies, and the Blueberry Oat Bars, as these were the flavors he tends to like. When ordering, I thought they were quite pricey, but that seems to be the way things are with foods that don’t contain certain allergens we have to avoid. As soon as the boxes arrived, I tore them open like a kid on Christmas morning, opening each one to give my son to try, so I could see his reaction to the tastes and so he could tell me which he liked most/least. I was surprise by how tiny each item was. The bars were probably about one-half to two-thirds the size of a standard granola bar, and the cookie was quite small as well, making the high prices hit me even harder. The thought of the expense went away when my son tasted them, though, and said how delicious the Double Chocolate Cookies were and how good the thought the Blueberry Oat Bar was (he wanted more of both, of course). While said he kind of liked the Chocolate Chip Oat Bars, he did not ask for more of those, and said he liked the others better, so of the three, those were the least favorite of the group he tried.I also took a taste of the Blueberry Oat Bars and the Chocolate Chip Oat Bars (I wanted to save all of the cookies for my kiddo). I thought they were both good, but I also preferred the Blueberry Oat Bars (they reminded me of blueberry cobbler). Both types of bars were dense, moist, and chewy, as well as flavorful. Wonderful texture and taste! When I make a future purchase, for mine and my son’s own personal tastes, we will be getting the Blueberry Oat Bars and Double Chocolate Cookies, but probably not the Chocolate Chip Oat Bars.
