Excellent
Another great product from Xiaomi, I was surprised to see how much dust hidden in my apartment after cleaning from bot. It take about 30mins to clean 500sqf area. Obstacle avoidance is great though time to time it get in to fights with items on the floor more than 2cm in height.

Worst smart home technology. Will not recommend buying.
One of the most stupid smart home technologies. Every device is locked to a region and app would not work when set to other regions. There is no way to select which region your device belongs as that is hardcoded in the device itself. There is also no way to check for the device region before ordering. So if you have multiple xiaomi smart home devices delivered to you with different hardcoded regions, all devices can not be activated in one app in one account. One must use multiple phones one for each region or keep logging into and out of multiple xiaomi accounts each tied to a different region. Very frustrating, highly inconvenient and will NOT RECOMMEND buying Xiaomi smart home devices. That money can be well spent on more sensible vendor with practical uses ability.

Decent so far. But unable to connect to app and use mopping function since the product is region locked to India only.

The seller is selling a product that is restricted in the UAE as per the Mi Home app. Don't buy it, you wont be able to register it on the app

Does not work outside china
This device does not work in UAE because it was made to use in chine only. The mop must be programmed to work internationally so be careful before buying it

Poor Vacuum suction, Poor Mopping.
I had purchased this one as a replacement to my Proscenic robo cleaner. Based on my usage, Mi Vacuum Mop 2 performance in below average - both vacuuming and mopping. Not Recommended!

usage after 6months
The build quality is a poor I must say. The water holding compartment has cracks after moderate usage itself and I noticed that water is leaking. No brand warranty support!
