The support is gentle. The silicone rings worked for me because the sizing was correct in the description. The magnets do seem to be helping as opposed to not having them in a brace. I wear them all day. I recently wore them for 28 hours straight because after work I had to do a road trip to pick up some eq and the day after, even with rainy weather still here, my knees actually felt better which I attributed to the magnets being the difference. Imo, it's pricey at $34, BUT I can't complain too much because of the pain relief I've enjoyed. Mine only slipped down once so far. I wear over the calf tube socks which I believe help keep them in place. After wearing them for a week, the Silicone rings became more comfortable. They probably stretched a little with daily use.

The compression and support the knee support offers has really helped with my sore knee. Unsure if the magnets do make a difference but this is the best support I have used, the fit is good and great quality. Like that it is a 2 pack for the money.

war sehr skeptisch ob die etwas bringen. Ich kann seit einem schweren Sturz nicht mehr ohne Krücken laufen da mein rechtes Knie keinen Innenminiskus mehr hat. Bein neigte unkontrolliert zu knicken und ich falle hin. Durch eine schwere Herzkrankheit kann man mein Knie nicht operieren.Hab so vieles probiert um die Schmerzen zu mildern.Diese Kniebandagen helfen enorm. Habe nur noch hin und wieder Schmerzen beim laufen. Leider geht es ohne Stöcke trotzdem nicht aber es ist viel besser geworden. Hätte ich nicht für möglich gehalten.
