I have been taking magnesium oxide supplement 400 mg for over a year. The product has no side effects and serves its purpose well. 5 stars

After much searching this is the only time that I was able to find the correct and exact amounts of vitamins. I am prescribed 120 pills a month, so the pack size is perfect.

A healthcare provider suggested I try this supplement. It did work well the first time I used it and hasn't been as effective the next times. I have personal hesitation to take it too often. It was easy to swallow and the product is fresh.

I don't know about anybody else but for me I got very tired maybe a bit strong the 400 mg is too much for me, otherwise you get a good amount for a good price in this bottle

Excellent product

This really helps my anxiety. I do chew up one pill a day. I feel like it gives me the same relief as Zoloft but without the side effects. I take it during the day in the morning.

Easier to swallow than many other brands. My doctor requires me to take 4 tablets per day, and this has been the easiest brand for me to use long term.
