Incomplete set of bidding cards
Delivery was fast - no complaints there. But one of the packs of bidding cards is incomplete. It is missing 3 bidding cards (6NT, 7 clubs and 7 diamonds). So I have to return all four packs which is annoying, needless to say.

The solution to lost and damaged bidding cards
Frankly I am disappointed that one can't buy individual cards but this is the next best thing. It will save having to buy a set of bidding boxes. And don't forget that you will be able to solve your friends problems with lost cards and they will love you.
