In description it says size is 10mm. Then in features it says 3 mm. Which is it?

To answer your question they are in fact 3mm (1/8") not 10mm this must be a type-o. I ordered them myself and love the color and quality of the paper I ordered some more last week.

I don't think there is any black. The shades just get darker.
