What is the plastic cone tool for. I need directions. There is nothing to hold the o’ring in place after it’s in. Is it just the wrong size?

Wish I could help you out. But I don't know. I didn't receive the plastic cone. ( and all the different size little bags olding the o-rings were sliced open, didn't receive the pick tool, and inside the plastic container/flat box was dirty & plastic seal/sticker was already broken )..... ...You might want to try looking it up on YouTube.
