I like to prepare mini breakfast casseroles to freeze and take to work. Cover the bottom of muffin cup with shedded cheese, fill cup with shedded carrots, and then pour in egg whites from a carton about 2/3 full and bake. Unfortunately these stick terribly to my Teflon muffin pans.I cannot believe how the eggs do not stick at all to these silicone pans! I can just wipe them and stick in dishwasher.; no scouring or scrubbing! These pans are life changing!I did notice that they are taller and more narrow than my metal Texas size muffin pans and I needed to adjust baking time. I need to put the tall “muffin” upside down on my plate to microwave so it won’t tip over. Also there is less browning of the sides with silicone, but the bottom still browns because a metal pan underneath the silicone is required.So happy I bought these!!!

for actually baking muffins, if you spray veg oil first and bake well, muffins easily come out of the forms. however the size is definitely not texas/jumbo size. i use a 1/2 cup scoop and these cups literally only hold exactly a level scoop, whereas my metal texas pans hold several tablespoons more batter - maybe 3/4c batter. these silicone pans are taller and skinnier than my metal pans, so the shape is noticeably different. also, i thought i was getting silicone pans with some kind of metal frame for stability - nope that's not the case here. it's only silicone, makes it very delicate process to put in the oven. also, 1 cup on one of the pans has a hole in the side, so I can't use that cup. but they do clean up pretty easily and bakes nicely. i just can't make giant muffin tops with the silicone set the same way as with metal pans.

These are larger size than a regular cupcake and they’re perfect for our egg cups which I make for eating two every morning for breakfast.

I have baked corn muffins twice both time they stuck. I bought a set for Christmas presents I hope they do better for her.

Very easy to clean and dry quickly. They are not what I expected they are more of a deeper cupcake or muffin Pan than wide. It is still jumbo but maybe not in the typical sense. Once filled on all sides pretty sturdy just slightly hard to spin in oven but not a big deal.

5-stars all the way. Sturdier than expected. Compared to other silicone pans I've used, this is much nicer, holds shape well, not flimsy when you pick up the pan. Hard to see in the pictures but there is a ring at the top edge of each cup and a stability bridge on the underside of the pan which adds to the sturdiness. Totally recommend this.

I like the vibrant colour-red. It is easy to clean. One may find a rubbery smell when you first opened the package but the smell is gone after you wash it. The pan is bigger and deeper than I thought, the end-result of my mini pot-pie was not so mini :). I put it on a baking tray in the oven because I find it a little soft. Overall, I am still happy with my purchase.
