Great product!
Easy to assemble. Attractive. Heavy - don't think anyone is going to walk off with it (lol). The unit didn't work at first. Called customer service and was instructed to check to see if the connection had separated within the column. It had. Reconnected and it works great.

Bad Product
It stopped working after the first day of use.

The product was damaged when I received it.
When you spend this much for a charging station, you expect it to arrive in pristine condition. The base of the unit is scratched, chipped, and has blue paint on it. As a public high school library, we have limited funds. I could have purchased charging stations that were a lot less expensive, but I was hoping the quality of this product would be worth the additional expense. Hopefully, it holds up electronically better than it looks.

Great way to add value for your business
This is sturdy, attractive, and really easy to assemble. I bought this for an indoor play land at our church. Guests love it!

Good solid investment, due for a phone cable update, USB-C Questions
We've had these charging stands in our library for several years and overall have been happy with them. The original cables were not of the best quality, not sturdy enough for multiple users. We've experienced many broken ends, especially with the Lightning (iPhone/iPad/AirPod) charging cables. The updated cables that we received are MUCH sturdier, better quality and LONGER than the originals, which I believe are 1.5 feet long.(I'm in the process of replacing the old cables with the updated ones that we were sent - we have 11 of the charging stands in our building, so it's ongoing!)I believe that the lifetime warranty is the most important feature of these chargers. In our case, the Student Technology Fee at the University was the source of funding for these. Many of the technology items that we've purchased through this program funding over the years has expired (been "sunset" and getting money for repairs becomes nearly impossible. With these chargers, you so not need any special or certified technician to replace the charging cables. The replacement of cables is pretty straight forward. Four Phillips screws for the back panel and five more for the charging connection plastic cover. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver (I am also using a side-cutter/snipper, to cut the cable management zip ties that were factory installed), and some plastic Zip ties for the new cables. Also, the listed configuration of cable ends needs updating. Of the 8 charging ends, has too many Micro USB ends, at least for our patrons needs. (You might do some surveys of your users to find the most popular charging ends at time of purchase) I would configure them with 4 Lightning/iPhone ends, 3 USB-C ends and one Micro USB connector.Another issue for us has been that patrons tend to move them around the building and many of the 110 Volt plug-in now have broken ground pegs. I've yet to try replacing the wall plugs, but it looks to be much more involved than the charging cables. We've started securing the stations to designated 110 V wall jacks. If you are only providing one or two, it's probably not an issue, but with 11 chargers in a building that has 5,000 - 10,000 patrons a day, it is a problem. The USB C-Connector and upcoming issues....With most laptop and notebook computers now moving to the USB C cables, those on the charging stand look inviting for patrons to charge laptops. The same exact charging ends as the phones & pads use. The output of these chargers is meant for phones, pads, headphones etc, NOT LAPTOPS.Be prepared for patrons not knowing the difference, because they are the same ends. We also check out laptop chargers to our patrons and after trying to cover all the bases with three different MacBook chargers and Universal multi-tip PC laptop chargers, it looks like soon, that USB-C will cover all the bases... at least for awhile. All in all, these charging stands have been a very solid investment that have been in service for years and look to have a long life ahead, leaning on the "Lifetime or Infinity" warranty.

Great Product and Company
The student government purchased this charging stand and so far everyone loves it. It’s great that the student government was able to advertise their organization on the stand itself. The logo came out exactly how the students wanted it and KwikBoost was very helpful in the design aspect. The students use the station all the time and are very thankful for it. The stand is sleek and well worth the investment.
