With this book you can absolutely expose a new way of thinking.
I chose this book expecting it to be like many other self-help books. What I got in return was way more than I bargained for! This was a great and easy read! From understanding where your worry comes from to learning how to release it and live a worry free life! The author exposes the science behind worry. The brain. She further goes on to give you the steps to control your brain and use it for more than worry. I have two children under two years of age and let me tell you just how much this book has helped me already! As a mom, we often worry about everything! Big and small, far and wide. Worry free mind is a lifestyle change for the better for my family and me. I can see myself re-reading this title in the future if I ever slip into a worrisome state. If you have every wondered what it feels like to lift the weight of worry off your shoulders, I highly recommend this book! More so, if you're like me and thinking this is just another one of 'those' you might need this book more than you think. Very powerful, enjoyable read.

How to become happier and less stressed
This book is about becoming a happier, less stressed version of yourself. When I first saw the book title, I immediately thought of how I could benefit from it. Who doesn’t have stress in their lives? Personally, I know that I sometimes let stress completely take over my life, and it gets to the point where it just keeps snowballing and I feel like it may never get better. So, I was thrilled to be able to read and glean from this book about potentially eliminating that stress. The authors, Carol Kershaw and Will Wade are very organized in how they present the book, which makes it easy to follow along. They educate the reader about how the mind works and explain that worrying is natural for the mind. They write about strategies for keeping your mind from going to that stressed place. Overall, it’s a fascinating read that both educates us on how the mind is wired, and also helps the reader on how to keep the mind worry free. If you have any interest in making your mind worry free, this book is a great place to start!

Fantastic techniques for an uncluttered mind!
The worry free mind. What a FANTASTIC collection of mind-blowing information all in one book. Refreshing updated info on many techniques I began learning as a young teen. Great info for balance of mind, body, spirit, and daily drama. LOL much I stopped doing and I don't know why. Uplifting, I remember how to stop the negative chatter and switch the channel back to positive.

Excellent read
I enjoyed this book. It’s well written and it’s a fascinating subject. As the book said, we take our minds with us wherever we go, so it is up to us to control our mind in a manner that benefits us.
