I never take my phone into the gym, because it's expensive and I'm not trying to break it. That's why I got an iPod. Even though they're relatively inexpensive, it's still worth getting a case for. I toss my iPod on the gym floor on a regular basis and so far this case has held up quite well. I'd recommend it.
