Easy enough for a 7 year old to put on
Silicone swim caps are really tough for my daughter to get on without help. This cap is the only cap she can manage on her own. It fits well, maybe a little big for her but once the goggles go on over it the cap stays in place. Keeps most water out, too. We've only had it for about 5 weeks, so can't speak to longevity, but it is holding up to 3x/week use so far.

Great swim cap!
My 21month old just LOVES her swim cap. Have been using for 2 mos now! She cries when I take it off. It must be very comfortable. Easy to put on yet snug. Her hair does get a bit damp but not wet - more because I pull above her ears not over.

Perfect fit for 9 year old
My daughter swims competitively, attending two practices, five days a week, and this cap has held up all summer. While her hair is still damp afterwards, she likes the fit and that it prevents water from getting in her ears.

This size is probably good for 10 and under
Fits my 10 year old daughter. She's on the swim team and loves that the silicone slips right on without pulling her long hair. This size is probably good for 10 and under. It might be too small for any child with a larger head or anyone older. She'll wear it until it breaks (they all eventually do) and then we'll size up to the regular.

Cheaply made
My daughter didn't even get a chance to wear this swim cap in the pool. I was helping my daughter into it for the first time and when I went to pull it over her ears, one side ripped. My daughter has been swimming competitively for a year and a half and we haven't had this happen with any other swim caps. This cap is too thin and unable to withstand typical stretching for use. Save your money and pick another swim cap to buy.
