Hypnosis

This movie was quite good. It's not super amazing but I enjoyed it. It follows a pattern in movies where the beginning is tied to the climax at the end. When you see the movie you will know what I'm referring to. For this reason it lacks a bit of originality but it winds up making sense toward the end.There were some things that were sort of odd which distracted me. Such as some of peripheral actors who came and went in the movie that you might have thought would have lead to more. And I'm not sure why Christina got her hair cut differently in the middle of the movie. Just odd details that I thought were a bit distracting and didn't really contribute to the storyline.I own this DVD and I'd watch it again and plan to.

This review is for the Amazon VOD rental of this film. This is a very goodpsychological thriller. Good story line and well acted. Cristina Brondo playsa psychiatrist working in a hospital for the insane. Her life comes undone asshe can not tell fantasy from reality. The plot line of this film is very muchlike that of the film SHUTTER ISLAND. Brondo is a lovely and talented actressand is very good in her lead role. This was very much worth the VOD rental price.
