These pans are fantastic!
These are great pans. Absolutely non-stick. I’ve been using them for almost a year and they still look brand new. I bought the 3 pan set but I use the middle size the most. The description said I could use metal utensils with these pans but I want them to be the last set I buy before I croak so I only use wood or high tamp silicone.

3 pans for a decent price. Yes, they won't last forever. Typical of these types of pans. That's fine by me. Using with a very small amount of butter, these are totally non-stick. Keep the heat LOW to avoid running the pans!

Safe and Solid Performing Pans
Several months ago my sister-in-law and I decided to replace our old Teflon non-sticks. After much research we chose these Valencia Pro Green Pans and have been very happy with their performance on all levels. My daughter and her partner (he's the chef here) recently moved into their new home in London. He discovered that his old non-sticks would not work on the induction cooktop so I ordered these for him as a housewarming gift-a winner!
