Great product. The one with the 3 tabs goes on axle spring seat and the other goes on the frame spring seat. I installed them on a 2004 Jeep Wrangler.

The picture is deceiving , I thought this was for both sides of my Jeep TJ , it showed 2 , but it’s just for 1 side

Fits Perfect
This fit my 1997 Jeep TJ, replacing the factory insulators. You will need to order 2 for both sides. One order comes with the top rubber and bottom plastic insulators for one side only.
