These are sooo tasty. Add a little zip to salads, add as a garnish for soup, stir into Asian noodles. It’s an easy way to kick your cooking up a level.

These are absolutely wonderful. What I like especially about them other than the taste, is that they're not breaded, the shallots are simply fried. They are a little pricey, but not really when you consider how much product they probably had to fry to get this yield. Absolutely recommend!

I bought because I saw a rave in some foodie publication or another. I just love love love onions so I was willing to try. Alas, there is a faint “fake” flavor when eaten raw—for example, as a topping. However, if given some time to hydrate in melted butter, for example, I found it acceptable in my morning eggs. Still, I’m using it up and not buying more.

I am a repeat buyer of these. They are ridiculously tasty and versatile. I love to sprinkle them on steak or in steamed vegetables. Omeletes. Anywhere you might use a fried or fresh onion they add the nicest pop of flavor. They kept in my pantry long after the expiration date until I used them up and were fine. I love these.
