First, my original review: "First, the little rubber "stopper" covering the USB opening fell out. No big deal. today I go to charge it, and the internal USB connection has fallen out of place inside, so I can't charge the flashlight. As soon as it runs out of juice, this flashlight will be completely useless. It's a shame because outside of the build quality, it's well designed and very bright." THAT SAID, A QUICK EMAIL TO THE COMPANY WAS ALL I NEEDED TO DO TO GET A REPLACEMENT IN MY HAND 4 DAYS LATER. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I guess every company makes a few lemons, and they replaced it without any fuss, a couple of emails, a few pictures, a copy of the order, and I was good to go. The flashlight, as I said in my original review is exexcellent and EXTREMELY (even blindingly) bright, but adjustable to a gentle glow.
