ShoeTrap Maple Boot/Purse Storage Box ST-30MPL

I'm doing a huge organizing project and have been looking everywhere for cute, different storage containers that will make my closets and shelves look both organized and pretty - I didn't want rows and rows of plastic tubs. I love this box! It's so pretty and easy to access. It definitely is not wide enough to store high boots, but I put some mid-calf boots in it and a pair of shoes. It could easily be used to store pretty much anything - I'm getting at least one more, and maybe one or two of the other sizes.An added great feature is that it comes with rubber strips you can apply to the bottom of the box so that it doesn't get scratches if you place it on a hard surface or stack several of these on top of each other. The strips can be removed without damaging the box. I totally recommend these!

These look awesome online, but that's only online. While they have a lot of potential, the one I received had mismatched coloring on the wood. It also has mildew/mold on the inside, like another reviewer stated. Putting my leather shoes inside a moldy box doesn't sound like a great idea.I gave 3 stars because like i said, mine felt nice. If it wasn't for the mold I'd probably buy more (at the current price), regardless of the discoloring.

I have a bunch of these and they work well for shoe storage and look good. I wish they had a size between the medium and large size

I ordered this as a gift for my sister. She loves these boxes. They are pretty spacious and it allows her to keep her closet organized. She loves the window in the drawer because it allows her to see all of her accessories without having to dig around blindly. She's been raving about it so much, I think I will purchase one for myself.

Great place to store purses. I carry rather large bags and the large shoe trap has fit all of them, some even fit two to a box. I love being able to see the purses through the front glass opening-makes it easier to switch them out. Not sure if my boots would fit in there-I wear a size eleven.-LOL

I love the appearance and cedar smell, it arrived in perfect condition. Of course, my application is a little strange, I'm hanging it below my desk and using it to hold external hard disk drives for my iMac!

I really wanted to like these, but the workmanship is so poor and quality is awful. There is a huge difference in colors if you order more than one quantity, some shades much lighter than others in mahogany so it looks odd placed next to each other. They also stack poorly on top of each other, making it hard to open some of the boxes.I ordered a bunch because I really wanted something like these, but disappointed. The manufacturer really could make these so much better and they have real potential. I returned two because there was a huge gap and wouldn't close. I accepted the rest, even with defects, broken off wood piece that I had to glue back myself.

I have two dacshund puppies who love Mom's shoes. This is the only happy compromise that I have found work for me and keeps the dust out as well. They just need to make them a little longer. But they look great and I love the cedar smell.
