Stays charged for quite a while and does the job.
Really good product. The only thing you need to be sure of is cleaning it out on a regular basis or it won't work as well as it should. What I like most is how long it holds a charge. I had no issues as far as hair pulling. Very satisfied with this item

Works fine. Expected better attention to details.
Received the Wahl trimer today model number on the back of the unit is 9865. Seams to be working fine. Amazon was fast shipping it out. The reason for four stars not five is as follows The charger or unit doesn’t have a led light so you know when it’s fully charged . And another thing to be aware of the charging cord doesn’t plug all the way into the unit. I called WAHL customer service and they advised me this is normal. See photo. I personally expected better attention to details from WAHL as I have found in other products of theirs I own.

Do not recommend.
Difficult to use, feels dangerous to stick up nose with the tip given. I don't recommend this for that reason.

Great item, durable and cuts great!
I purchased this for my elderly father, it is powerful, cleans up very easy, great quality, perfect speed! He has arthritis and he can use this with ease.

Flimsy. Poor quality. Overpriced.
Eh. I was hoping for a well made heavy feeling device. It feels flimsy for the price. Packaging was minimal and the instructions are non-sensical graphics. It does not have a charging light, so you have no idea where you are in the charge cycle. Would’ve been nice to have had a small bag to store the charger and the one accessory. It’s a poorly designed product that they overcharge you for. I expected more from Wahl.
