It's made by Hangzhou Great Star Industrial Co. so I'll guess China

Why does your ad say that it’s made with a cushion rubber bottom when in fact it’s a hard plastic bottom that’s just going to crack when you drop it?

The bottom of the bag is made of a mixture of rubber and plastic material which is very strong and has a level of flexibility which allows it not to crack or break easily. It’s Really heavy duty for a bag that size.

Does the bag have an internal frame?

Dear, We are sorry that there is no internal frame inside the tool bag. But there is a metal frame around the tool bag which can ensure to tool bag will keep the top mouth open when it stands upright.

How much weight can this bag carry?

Dear PaAu minimum it can load 15 Kg.Best Regards
