Is this cushion washable?

It holds up fine to hours of sitting and tons of sweat. I wouldn't want to throw it in the washing machine with an agitator and all too much, though. Just some good soaking / fresh-water rinsing in a bucket if I ever noticed it stinking is what I'd do.
