Works as described
I have bought three of this product so far and I like it very much. Delivered on time and product is as indicated in the description and works as described. I like the following features:-- transparent container to see how much soap is left-- 5 different levels of soap dispensing-- Simple operation with clear instructions-- USB-C recharging-- Competitive pricingI have replaced all the more expensive soap dispensers that I had bought previously, with this product. All working well so far.Update:Wanted to include some additional features I liked ---- The over all design and size of the container-- The location of the rechargeable battery and the slot for charging which is kept behind the container-- This helps use of the whole stem of the container to fill in the soap which means use for more number of days (of course, it depends on the dispensing level you have set)-- Length of the dispensing nozzle which makes it easier to get the soap and no wastage during this processHope this is helpful.

2 in a row both malfunction! :(
The media could not be loaded. It’s white large, but some may like that. Dispenses WAAAAY too much soap. Like 5-6 times as much as other dispensers. And no, my 2 pumps ordered June 25 2022 do not have a way to adjust this.Charged it up, white light came on, filled it up. And….Nothing. Didn’t work.Tried a few more times and…Nothing.4-5 hours later I go to re-box and return it and as I approach it I notice it’s all of a sudden going berserk! Pumping (wasting) soap by spewing it out every few seconds all on its own. The warm sun began shining on it so I wondered if that may have caused it? Shouldn’t, obviously.I tried the power button but it wouldn’t stop the insanity. So I quickly dumped out the soap in a bowl. This was getting less fun :/ And, it still tries to spew soap out for the next 20-30 minutes to the point where it was so annoying, I bagged it up stuck it in the box and walked down to the garage just so I wouldn’t hear the thing anymore. If the power button doesn’t help, there are no batteries to remove so it’s going to keep going!Clearly I got a bum pump, or manufacturing has gone downhill, because this thing has so many good reviews. I just got my replacement, it’s taking ages to power… Seven hours is a lot, let’s see how it goes.SECOND, REPLACEMENT PUMP - Also messed up!!See the photo…the stream is so crooked all it does is mess itself! What the-!!??!!Quality control clearly is going downhill!?

A pretty good item, but needs a few changes
My opinion of this item is that it works fairly well but could use some tweaking:It has 5 settings (low to high) for the amount of liquid it dispenses. Unfortunately, even on the highest setting, it doesn't dispense much. It's not a big deal since I can simply trigger it twice to get the desired amount out of it.The charging port is terrible. The charging connector, that plugs into the unit, is held in place by a magnet. There is no solid plug in connection. Consequently, if it is moved slightly, the connector falls out. Finally, the white indicator light is supposed to go solid when fully charged but it didn't. After 6 hours of charging, it still hadn't gone solid, but it did work. The next time I charged, it, it did go solid. The sensor is not too sensitive and, sometimes, it doesn't dispense when I want it to. It won't dispense when I put a clear glass under it but that is to be expected. My last one was too sensitive and would often dispense when things weren't even close to it, which wasted a lot of liquid.I do like it, and I'd buy it again. It does hold a lot of dishwashing liquid.

Great dispenser. No batteries. Would recommend.
First off: this was definitely bigger than I thought.. And I mean that in a good way. The volume capacity is great. Just barely doesn't fit a 19.4fl Oz bottle of dawn. But that's fine to me. I still say thumbs up on that. Thank you to the manufacturer for using ucb-c! I love that it came with a charge cable too. I plugged it in to charge for the first time and it took under 3 hours to fully charge. Don't know how long it'll last, but since it's rechargeable, I really don't care, because it still beats having to buy and use batteries.. Also, THE DISPENSE VOLUME AMOUNT IS ADJUSTABLE! whaattt? Yesss.. And it's great. Super easy to set and understand. The motion sense has worked for me every time. It does kind of drip if you use the highest volume setting {see Pic}, but for me, it doesn't matter cause it overhangs the sink. I looked at a lot of these, and price wise, this was my cap, and I'm not disappointed in the least. Bravo. Solid product. Buy it.

Doesn’t last long, but great when it does!
This product was perfect for my full house. Love how much soap it holds and love that it’s clear so I could see exactly how much soap was in there. The 3 different choices for amount of soap dispensed — all of these things were fantastic! The biggest disappointment has been the longevity. Bought this about 10-11 months ago but didn’t start using it until the bathroom was finished (about a month after purchase). So, it’s been working great for 10 months. 2 weeks ago I noticed it wouldn’t register my hand under the sensor. The soap level was getting a bit low but not empty. I thought maybe the sensor needed to be wiped clean. That didn’t work. I turned it off to sort it out the next day and when I turned it on the next morning it worked. Figured it was a fluke or just needed the ol’ turn it off and on again maintenance. Next day stopped working again. It was working sporadically for a few days and now just won’t, no matter what I do. So it seems, based on other reviews the motor/pump has died. It is always plugged in so I know it’s not a charging issue and it never sits in water, so it is likely just met the end of its life cycle.I’ll be buying a new one, but will not be buying this one again. It was perfect, until it wasn’t.
