PSQ-882 Anodized Aluminum Square Cake Pan, 8 x 2 Inch

Truly my favorite brand when it comes to my bakeware products. Over the past few years, I have been replacing old baking pans with all of their products. I know that they're a little bit more pricey, but you're paying for quality and performance for sure. They are consistently amazing, and nothing but! My cakes &/or other baked goods always bake evenly and they don't burn. Also, all of my fat daddy-o's pans look brand-new, even the ones I've had for years and used countless times. They're just a super solid product. Definitely something to bite the bullet and purchase if you are into baking!

My review from previous purchases. These are still the best pans I have ever purchased. Came to these Fat Daddio pans late in my life. They are well made, sturdy, have a great rim for holding on to. This is the 6th pan I have purchased. They conduct heat well, heat evenly, release baked and cooked on food readily, are easy to clean, sometimes with just a little soaking. Just great pans. And they come in a huge number of sizes and shapes (a few less during the pandemic). I use mine in a toaster oven, as that is what I have. And they are great. Even my pies finally no longer have a soggy bottom! I use them for both sweet and savory dishes interchangeably. There is no coating on these pans, I use baking soda and Dawn dish soap paste on the after a gentle scrubbing with my stainless steel scrubber. The soda/soap paste gets them very clean, although there is a slight amount of staining no matter what I do. Stains do not affect cooking or flavor that I have noted. If I had more budget I would buy a couple more sizes.

It’s everything you want in a 9” baking pan. Fat Daddios is very reliable.

We wanted to find a 7 inch deep square pan to fit inside our air fryer. We dislike cleaning the air fryer basket since it is bulky and can never get it to be completely clean. We figured putting a pan would solve our cleaning problem. We like the deepness of the pan for preventing oil splatter. It fits inside our air fryer basket perfectly. The pan is easy to clean. I did not give this 4 stars only because I noticed minor scratches around the pan. The pan came in a sealed plastic bag so I don’t believe it was used. Maybe the manufacturer scratched it while handling it. Who knows. The minor scratches did not deter us from keeping the product.

Already own Fat Daddios 8" cake pans. Love those so selected the 8 x 8 pan as well. Excellent pan. Well made and heavy duty just like the previously purchased pans.

Love the Fat Daddios baking pans. All my cakes release with easy. Cakes bake evenly.

I love it!!! I like to bake small batches to try different recipes.
