The SP-ORTHUS-2 Sound Professionals twin interview microphones are very small - about .4" x 1". The cable enters the rear of each mic capsule. They are perfect for conducting interviews with an iPhone or Smartphone as both mics can be used at the same time and both people talking are heard equally well. They have an unidirectional pickup pattern for natural sound pickup. The unidirectional pickup pattern is perfect for noisy situations where you want to minimize unwanted ambient sounds. The microphones focus on the people wearing them and reject other sounds. The microphone cartridges are very rugged and are hand crafted to insure a lifetime of accurate recordings. The two microphone elements are each mounted in their own high quality brass housing. Rotating lapel-style clips and windscreens are included.
