Yes. They are dye free. I got them for my granddaughter for Christmas and she loves them. Each one has a little you animal in it inside a plastic thing like we use to get out of bubble gum machines. So, yes. They are a good gift for your child

How are these organic if they list perfume as an ingredient??

I do not believe they are organic. The perfume-y smell these have is super strong. Stronger than the bath bombs I have bought in the past.

Does this change color of the water?

It does and I bought this for my three-year-old son and the toys inside are great their little but was what was expected except for most of the bath bombs are broken and instantly crumble in the water and the scents are not that good for a kid nothing fruity at all milk is one of the scents.
