Terrible....when I got it is plugged it in and it didn't even get hot enough to iron a paper....

It does not heat much and the cable to connect it to the outlet is a loose thing that with light movements disconnects itself from the outlet and does not allow to use it correctly. :( I'm sorry but it did not meet my expectations.
