This stuff is great! I use it in low-carb peanut butter bars and they are delicious! I will have to try it in more low carb recipes.

I am on keto and was craving peanut butter bars. I found a recipe that called for peanut flour. Upon opening the jar it smelled burnt. I figured it may be because the peanuts were roasted? I still used it and the bars are fantastic. They do not taste burnt.

This is my first time purchasing. I've never heard of peanut flour so, this is somewhat of an experiment. My dog has severe allergy/itching. I think I have narrowed it down to whole grains and flours used in just about every dog food, and treats. The taste is just like fresh roasted peanuts so, I'm convinced they take the time to ensure maximum quality. I plan on using it to make healthy dog treats, and human edibles. If this works, I will post my results.

So far I have only used it for one recipe and unfortunately for this instance it made the brownies smell and taste roasted. Maybe I did the recipe wrong.

Just one ingredient = multiple uses including Asian peanut sauce, African Peanut Stew & vegan gelato (shown). Oh so yum!!

Macht sich gut in Keksen und Saucen oder als Zutat für Porridge.
