As someone who trains regularly, coaches, and spends a lot of time in Arizona heat, I’m always looking for hydration products that actually do their job without feeling overloaded with sugar or tasting like candy. What stood out to me with this product was that it felt more balanced than many traditional sports drinks. The electrolyte formula includes magnesium and additional ingredients intended to support hydration and mental clarity, which initially caught my attention. After using it consistently, I appreciated both the convenience and the way I felt afterward. I noticed good hydration support during workouts and long coaching days, and the flavors were enjoyable without becoming overwhelming. I also liked having individual packets that could easily be thrown into a gym bag or backpack. The single-serve packet design ended up being more useful than I expected. Five stars. Convenient, easy to use, and a solid addition for anyone looking for hydration support without the heavy sugar content.

I order various brands and this is one of two favorites of mine. Great flavor and right amount of sweetness. Electrolytes are a must have in the Arizona summers - definitely minimizes having craps so I can stay active

Great electrolytes plus helps me with brain fog issues. It's a little expensive but worth it. I use it for tennis and exercise to help me stay hydrated. Also -it tastes great!

I have been having a heart arrhythmia which seems to be improved by increasing my potassium intake. I started looking for an electrolyte supplement which wouldn't ruin my attempts at a low sugar/keto diet AND had a decently high potassium per serving AND had a flavor that wasn't totally yucky. IQmix so far has what I was looking for. The flavors are mild and pleasant but there is a slight aftertaste of... dirt?? maybe from the mushrooms. I've been looking into the health benefits of certain mushrooms and it's pretty awesome to have those benefits in my electrolyte. IQmix also has more balanced amount of sodium to potassium compared to other brands. I had tried LMNT but the taste is SO SALTY I had to dilute it in over 32 ounces of water, which meant each ounce has a smaller amount of the potassium in it. IQmix on the other hand, I can drink in only 16 ounces of water and get more potassium per ounce. I do wish the price was a little lower, since I tend to have two sticks a day. One in the morning and one in the evening during my workout at the gym. Plus my husband has one during his gym workout too. So we go through the packs pretty quickly but i am planning to keep ordering more because I do think this product is giving my body what it needs to function more optimally.

WOW!! These sticks are by far the best drink/electrolyte mix I have tried and trust me I have tried them all. These beat LMNT, LiquidIV, Hydrant, you name it! I normally don't write reviews but pretty much every other mix came up short and these blew me away so I had to put out this 5 star PSA! Lets break it down: Taste: Taste is subjective but everyone in my family agreed that these were the best-tasting mixes they have had. Blood Orange is my favorite. Much much better taste and flavors than other brands in my opinion. Electrolytes/Effectiveness: So many mixes out there skimp on the functional/active ingredients -- these pack a legit amount of all the electrolytes promised. LMNT has a similar amount but those taste foul in comparison so again this mix from IQ wins again. Mixability: No clumping and no powder collecting at the bottom! These mix in seconds whether you're mixing with a spoon in a glass or just shaking your water jug. 10/10 Since these arrived I have been having blood orange in the morning just in a glass and then have been putting the lemon-lime in my water jug to sip throughout the day. Bravo IQ folks -- I will be a lifelong customer.

I really enjoy the flavors and I definitely felt a boost of energy and less brain fog when I drink this brand!
