Three distinct sizes & oh so shiny!
Pros: Nice variety of sizes (smallest great for sport weight yarn, medium and large have the same eye size and easily take WW like Red Heart Super Saver. The medium needles kind of steal the show for me. They're super easy to thread and their shorter length of the medium needle is easier to use for weaving in rather short yarn ends than it is with longer needles. Their color isn't just green, but a lovely anodized rainbow of colors. The largest needles will be very well suited for stitching together yarn blocks or strips into blankets. The bittersweet observations: The points are so blunt they won't even go into my Velvet Tomato Pin Cushion-Pink BUT that same bluntness makes it easier to get the needle BETWEEN strands of yarn instead of THROUGH the strands. Not so great: The anodized needles were leaving black spots on my thumb and finger. ETA: I've since sewn together a whole block afghan and whatever the black was isn't coming off any more. I couldn't be happier with how easy they are to use, and I think their large size doesn't aggravate my carpal-tunnel nearly as much as smaller ones do.

Shiny
Well it came in a nifty case rather than taped to a piece of notebook paper so there's that. I originally bought this for my plastic canvas needlepoint but the eyes are way too small for yarn. Even the big gold ones they say are tapestry really aren't. So I use these blunt needles for my cross stitch and needlepoint. They are perfect and I love that I got yarn markers in the box even though the description didn't state it would come with them (it might have but the pretty green needles distracted me). The case is awesome it locks and I don't have to worry about needles falling out everywhere when I work.

Good deal for the price
A few of these are a little rough but considering the price it's to be expected. I'll just be careful with fine-work. They come in a nice little plastic case that goes right in a pocket of my knitting bag and it holds a bunch of other little knitting doodads that are always getting lost in my bag so that's a bonus! I'd get them again.

Nice big holes but an occasional burr
A good variety of yarn needles. Smooth rounded points. Large holes even my clumsy mitts can thread. Yup, a couple of them have small burrs meaning they aren't beautifully and perfectly finished but at this price what did you want. Best of all may be the 10 ml plastic test tube with attached lid they come in. A great storage device, easy to throw in a bag with your project or in a drawer with other yarn tools.

Great for canvas mesh, good quality
Perfect for using with canvas mesh. Sturdy, large size needles with a blunt tip and easy thread needle eye. Easy to thread worsted weight yarn through the eye of the needle and fits nicely through the canvas mesh grid squares. Used these to teach a group of 8 to 11 year olds some basic sewing skills while creating a project for them to take home to display. They loved the color selection, especially the metallic rainbow!! Lots of "oohs" and "ahhs" over the pretty sheen. The case is easy to open and close and we can store our needles safely and securely for upcoming projects. I would absolutely recommend these and I will purchase them again.

Perfect little set! I only got the 9 larger needles, not the two smallest, as shown in the picture.
Great set! The rainbow needles are pretty, and all of the needles feel sturdy. They are all larger than I expected, which I really like. I tried a super thick yarn and threaded the smaller needle with ease. I bought this set because of the case, yet I had no idea what to do with the little clips. I figured they'd be a waste. As it turns out, I was experimenting with a new stitch using my loom and they came in handy so that I could pull loops off early without stretching the weave. (See picture) They may end up being as useful as the needles! Bonus!**Note:

Cute and functional!
I really love these darning needles. They are pretty, especially the medium ones that I use most often, and they are functional. They slide through the yarn well, they aren't sharp enough to poke skin, and they feel very sturdy. You get enough in this pack that you won't ever need to buy more. A very good deal! Plus they come with a handy case that opens and closes perfectly. I've been working on a project that I need to change colors for constantly, and these have been fabulous for it.

Great price for product
If you are on the fence just get it. I haven't used tapestry needles to weave in ends (I mostly just use crochet hooks) but this was a game changer. It's small and easy to throw in a bag and there are enough stitch markers for so many projects. It is a great price for what you get. I am pretty rough with everything I own (from water bottles to knitting needles) and this box of needles has fallen down the stairs without busting open. I would absolutely buy again.
