Absolutely love it, been playing it nonstop to and from work!!

I love his music so much! I've been blasting this CD almost every other day. 😄

The album came in great condition, I haven't unwrapped a new cd in ages. The music lf course is a masterpiece. I'm stoked to be able to listen to this music.

It's a classic CD! Amazing tracks. However, being in America, I encountered some issues attempting to play the CD on a regular CD player, but it will play in game consoles and on computers just fine. My guess is it may have something to do with the region. Don't let that stop you from getting this rare album though, it will play!

One of the King of City Pop Tatsuro Yamashita's best albums and definitely one of his most influential, fans of Yamashita and City Pop shouldn't skip this one.

i discovered this album through a friend and finally got the CD as i’m a sucker for old school JPOP. this has to be one of the best city pop albums out there,,, 10/10 <3

Tatsuro Yamashita’s early work was a little too new wave for my taste. But when FOR YOU came out in '82, I think He really came into His own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost

I cannot help reminiscing my youth in the 80's Japan when I listen to some of the music by Tatsuro Yamashita. 'Morning Glory', 'Music Book', and 'Futari' included in this CD are some of the best songs. Yamashita has topped the chart of so-called Japanese City Pop music since the 80's and I believe amongst many X-gen people he still remains one of the most popular Japanese artists. He has been known to have been influenced by the Beach Boys and the likes of them, hence I recognise he uses his own unique voice layering arrangement in many of his songs. I have always regarded him as Japanese version of talented Brian Wilson. Aside of producing his albums, he is also a composer/producer/arranger of many of his wife's ( Mariya Takeuchi) albums and songs. ' Morning Glory' included in this CD is worth mentioning - Mariya Takeuchi does her version of 'Morning Glory' in her earlier album ' Miss M' ( 1980).

Togliamo subito gli ormai minimi dubbi riguardo a spedizione e tempi, anche nel mio paesino in mezzo ai campi Amazon fa un lavoro fulmineo.Questo CD è la pura essenza di un artista ormai al decimo album e che riesce a mantenere un equilibrio tra influenze estremamente pop, con richiami evidenti alla musica americana anni '70/'80, e accenni di jazz e cori che riescono a rendere ogni pezzo orecchiabile e riascoltabile praticamente all'infinito una volta superata la barriera linguistica.Nel caso non si fosse capito: acquisto consigliato!Fiero, nel mio piccolo, di scrivere la prima recensione italiana.
