I had the Niagra brand .5 flow ones and they didnt last more than two months.These seem to be working fine.I do not know why some folks say they are loud. Mine is not silent but it doesn't make a sound that is loud enough to notice. Sounds lime water coming out under pressure.The steam is strong . Cleans a toothbrush well.I like these better than the Niagra brand.If they fail, I will alter the review.

Yes, they save you water, but they are loud. One of the reasons people hate low-flow faucets is that they hiss, or at least the cheap ones do. These ones hiss loud enough that you must raise your voice to talk over the faucet. They are also somewhat poorly made and come apart easily. I've had better luck with other brands (e.g. Niagara), so I recommend spending a couple more dollars for ones that you won't mind putting on every faucet in your house.

Have used 1 of 6 aerators and it works well. Installed without any problems on faucet with male thread.When using faucet with male thread the extra washer is not used.Hand Tightened using rubber slip resistant pad and no leaks.Aerator gives a fine spray and looks like it will conserve water usage.

I wanted to save some water; however I ignored the obvious: The cost is so cheap--how could it be quality?I had installed two of these before realizing how LOUD they were. I took one part just to see how it was made--absolute cheap junk.This simply too good to be true. Pay a little more for quality.

Worked great on price Phister bathroom faucets. Removed cartridge from one of the units and installed in faucet. Supplied screw on unit was wrong size but cartridge was fine without reduced flow...loved these.

Scared the c*** out of my 4 year old daughter, very very loud. Wish I could use them. They did seem to work well except for the loudness.
