Thin Within Workbook #1: Discovering God's Master Plan

The Thin Within workbook, along with the book "Thin Within" have been a game changer for me. Together, they have not only changed the way I think about eating but the way I think about life in general. I am looking at a number of things in my life differently now and my marriage is even better. I already had a close relationship with God before I started reading the book and doing the workbook but doing "Thin Within" has made that relationship closer and better than ever and taught me that no matter how old you are and no matter how much you think you know, you can always learn more. I also joined an online TW group on Facebook for extra support. You can never have too much support! I recommend the book and workbook to anyone who has a problem with food. I think you will be surprised how helpful it will be for a number of things in your life.

Completely what I need.....!!! Such a tool for looking into the heart of the matter of why I over eat and eat when I am not hungry.Super tool full of practical ideas on how to renew my mind through scripture to overcome this idol of food. So grateful for this book!

This is a great book if you truly want too lose weight and keep it off. I have tried many weight loss programs and could lose the weight but never kept it off. THis program I believe will be the answere I have been looking for. It teaches you how to eat and has less enforces on losing so much per week.

I am enjoying this workbook very much. It contains useful information and uplifting spiritual passages, including scriptures. I'm very impressed with the amount of work & thought & biblical research the authors have done.

THIS IS SUCH AN AWESOME PROGRAM. i DID WEIGH DOWN BUT THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER BECAUSE IT DEALS WITH THE PATTERNS OF WHY YOU OVER EAT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Good solid Bible study. Has not helped me with weight loss. Cost was a bit much. Maybe I will need to do it again. Not sure. But probably wouldn't recommend at this point. Sorry.

I have just started using this program. It is a wonderful Bible based program, and it is PACKED with Scripture and helpful information. I have done several small-group studies, and this is a small-group Bible study on it's own!! I am thinking about weight management in new and different ways, and it is exciting!! I belong to an Evangelical Christian/Baptist church, and the Doctrinal teaching in this series is spot-on and excellent. If you want to re-think God's Plan for your life, this is a must read.
