If I use this on Viburnum plants (hedge), will it limit the growth significantly? I am trying to stop the hedge from growing tall without clipping it.

Cycocel is usually used on florist plants. Purchased product is 11% active ingredient. I use 2oz of that in a gallon of water. I don't know of any data on Cycocel and Viburnums. I think you'll have to experiment.At 2 oz/gal I doubt it can damage Viburnum.........
