- 1. Mix 1 packet of DeliBen Prawn Noodle Paste with 1.5 liter of water. Bring to boil and keep boiling under low heat.2. Blanch 6g fresh yellow noodle and 6g bean sprouts, place evenly into 6 big bowls.3. Garnish noodles with slices of cooked meat, cooked prawns, Hard-boiled egg, fried shallot and spring onion.4. Pour hot boiling soup onto noodles. Serve.
