Cannot recommend
Insoluble substance, very difficult to make a shake out of it and the protein content is low compared to other products. As much as I love their protein bars, this whey is a no go

Nice product
Nice protein product. ‘I use as a kind of mouse for breakfast with berries or apple pieces. Nice with sprinkle of cinnamon. Not a lot of flavour but maybe more in a shake. It’s helped me keep my daily protein levels up during dieting.

Great for a sweet low cal treat
This stuff is my go to for something sweet. I wouldn’t be with out it for a low cal high protein sweet treat, the brownie one is great too. The cookie dough one isn’t nice though.
